Columba Leadership equips marginalised youth with life-changing values such as perseverance, integrity and service. inHive worked with Columba to identify the potential for a network based on their Leadership Academy programme.
We conducted an in-depth study with Columba staff, partners and alumni, with the report findings and recommendations leading to Columba developing a formal and organized network of their own. The network will help aspiring young people to serve their communities and support each other to access jobs, scholarships, and funding.
