Now Teach works to inspire and support career changers to transition into teaching and bring their life and work experiences to students, classrooms, and schools. Now Teach recognises that sustained impact in the education sector and attracting and retaining teachers requires a networks approach. This means building a network of people who work together to encourage others into teaching, dismantle ageism in the profession and improve teaching by infusing practices and experiences from other sectors.
inHive supported Now Teach in defining and implementing this network strategy, helping to create a participatory approach for the network to define its purpose and goals as well as supporting in the strategy to enable members to build connections with one another.

“We have enormously benefitted from working with inHive; they have supported and challenged our thinking and helped us to maintain momentum in the work we are doing. I’ve been impressed by the sheer intelligence of everyone we’ve worked with and grateful for their flexibility. Whether helping us to set up and run steering groups, or themselves carrying out research and focus groups, they have seen where the need is and made sure the work gets done. They are helping us to figure out not just our strategy but its implementation as well as how we as an organisation need to evolve to fulfil both. “
