Based on inHive’s framework for forming, supporting, and growing impact networks, we offer a networks assessment workshop series.
The workshop series is highly interactive and tailored to the organisation’s questions and needs. Over four sessions we discuss models and techniques for network coordination and management through guided learning experiences. We also give you the tools to assess key questions in your network. In between sessions, participants work with each other and with their teams to apply these tools in their network.
The workshops are carefully designed to share information with you and to help you directly transform your networks strategy.
During the series, you address questions such as:
- What impact could your network achieve?
- Who are your key constituents and how could network membership help you drive higher impact?
- How can your community members become more engaged and what activities might spark collaboration and exchange?
- What structures and resources are most needed to support your network?
Fill out the form below if you’re interested in participating in a future workshop series, and to find out about pricing and scheduling.
