Atanas is a project manager and policy expert with extensive experience working with international organizations, civil society, and governments. He specializes in network building and social inclusion, advancing equitable solutions and human rights. Through strategic partnerships and innovative initiatives, he drives impactful, sustainable change.

A versatile leader with over 15 years of experience as a finance and operations expert for local, regional, and international organizations in Uganda, Rwanda, Sweden and United States. He worked as Finance Director at Gardens for Health International.

Mwanaisha is a trainer, project manager and coordinator with over a decade of experience supporting women and the youth in entrepreneurship through fostering partnerships and capacity building. She is an alumnus of the Tony Elumelu Foundation Entrepreneurship Programme and Clinton Global Initiative and has worked for start-ups and actors in the development sector.

Solome brings a variety of experience, with a background in digital marketing and communication spanning over five years. Her expertise shines in brand management, creative content creation, and video editing. She has collaborated on impactful campaigns with numerous international organizations, focusing on content that truly makes a difference.

Gregory is dynamic and results-oriented Program Coordinator with experience in program development, stakeholder engagement, and capacity building across East Africa. Adept at program implementation, establishing monitoring and evaluation mechanisms, managing logistics, and securing funding. Demonstrated ability to enhance program impact, foster collaborative partnerships, and drive organisational success. He is dedicated to driving project success through innovative solutions, effective team collaboration, and a commitment to excellence.

Ann is an accomplished project manager in the International Development sector, with experience in working with multi-lateral organisations such as UN organizations (UNICEF, WFP and OCHA) as well as USAID (Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance and Development). She brings experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL) as well as capacity building and training.

Emmanuel Ouma is a Program Coordinator at inHive Global. He supports program design, the Nexus platform, and strategic communications to strengthen youth engagement across communities. Passionate about human rights and youth empowerment, he coordinates programs, manages stakeholder relations, and drives initiatives that advance equity, inclusion, and sustainable development.

Gebremeskel Eshete Zegeye is a legal and technology professional specializing in IT law, digital accessibility, and inclusive technology. Founder of G Tech Ethiopia, he advocates for accessible digital services, conducts WCAG accessibility audits, and empowers persons with disabilities through assistive technology training, legal advocacy, and digital inclusion initiatives.

Nandini Singh is a policy and research professional pursuing a Master's in Social Policy at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). With experience in politics, governance, social impact, and urban development, she is committed to driving positive change and believes in the power of communities and networks to create lasting impact.

Kathy Edersheim brings 20 years of community building, alumni relations, and leadership experience to InHive. Her work includes all aspects of community management from strategic planning to governance issues to member engagement and metrics. In addition to working with inHive, she is President of Impactrics which supports the development of alumni relations for universities around the world.

Nasim has 23 years experience in human resources management and organisational development. As a previous Head of Corporate Finance in a major subsidiary of Shell, she has experience of managing client relations and teams across different sectors and industries. She brings a wealth of knowledge and skills such as developing organisational DEI policies, customizing bespoke training and project management.

David is a senior consultant with expertise in education, systems change and network-building. He holds an MSc from the London School of Economics and is passionate about contributing to a world where everyone has access to relatable role models.

Vincent is a passionate Project Coordinator and Writer. He is an experienced researcher, scholar, and educator in the private and the public sectors in Europe and USA.
He is the co-founder of the Dikh He Na Bister (DHNB) project that brought together 3400 students and young people internationally to participate in networking activities and educational workshops on human rights and different social issues.

Monica facilitates collaborative action for systems change at the community, statewide and regional levels. With more than fifteen years of content specific work related to topics within public health, social determinants of health and collaborative approaches to complex social issues.

Donita is a network and development practitioner with a wealth of experience in ecosystem facilitation and network weaving in Africa’s social and economic justice civic space. She brings extensive expertise in designing, catalyzing, and facilitating channels of connectivity in all things networked.

Imisa is an experienced youth and development professional with over 15 years of experience working on health, livelihoods, and education programming across 11 countries in Africa and South-East Asia. She is passionate about meaningful and sustainable youth engagement. Imisa is determined to see young people make informed and empowered choices for themselves.

Peter is a well-established senior level international development communications/knowledge management consultant and content producer with more than 20 years of experience conceiving and implementing communications strategies as well as creating the content to communicate messages and stories. He possesses a strong ability to develop and implement communication and advocacy plans and is well versed in management of digital platforms.

Intisar is an award-winning advocacy, policy and communications specialist. She is an experienced professional trainer, leading corporate and organizational strategies and teams. She is a creative thinker with strong leadership and organizational skills.

Ranj is the founder and executive director of Global Leaders. He brings a wealth of experience from the Higher Education sector, having held senior leadership positions at both Oxford and Cambridge Universities.

Kenneth brings extensive finance, leadership, and entrepreneurship expertise to the organization. As Founder and Partner at MSK Associates CPA (ICPAU-licensed) and Founder & CEO of Sanga Integrated Solutions U Ltd (manufacturing concrete products), he strengthens Inhive’s marketplace credibility as a specialist network builder.

Dr. Agatha Siwale is a public policy specialist and academic focused on natural resource governance and mining in Zambia. She serves as a consultant for the Natural Resource Governance Institute and a lecturer at Wageningen University. With a PhD from Central European University, her research explores institutional change, artisanal mining, and gendered livelihoods in the extractive sector.

Dr. Althea-Maria Rivas is a Senior Lecturer in Global Development, Peace & Conflict at SOAS University of London. She directs the Ebony Initiative, a community supporting Black scholars in academia. With a PhD and 12 years of international humanitarian experience, her research focuses on intersectional racial justice, decolonizing higher education, and Black women in global security structures.
