Mwanaisha is a trainer, project manager and coordinator with over a decade of experience supporting women and the youth in entrepreneurship through fostering partnerships and capacity building. She is an alumnus of the Tony Elumelu Foundation Entrepreneurship Programme and Clinton Global Initiative and has worked for start-ups and actors in the development sector.

She serves as a consultant for the Natural Resource Governance Institute and a lecturer at Wageningen University.
